application with premium processing for her yesterday (will be approved in
15 days; it is submitted with my H1b extension). This morning, she got a job
offer and will have H1b sponsorship. The H1b will be done in her two month
grace period.
what can I do at this point? Thanks a lot. |

my case was H1->H4->H1, my H4 was pending at that time. If you do not
receive H4 approval by the time HR submit H1 application, give HR the H4
receipt. |

发帖数: 9567 | 4 The risk is that when USCIS reviews your application of status change from
F1 to H1B, AND your application of F1 to H4 has been approved, you no longer
have F1 status. This may cause some unexpected trouble. You may want to
withdraw F1->H4 case while filing F1->H1B.
If F1->H1B is approved before the new filing, there should be no problem to
do H4->H1B. |
