First officer cannot see any information other than the website-- which is
always initial review.
Then I requested to transfer to second tier officer --- I was told my case
is at the last step ---pre-adjudicated getting it "very close to approval"
And I ask how long it may take-- she said it is up to the officer.
ANy one know how long it may take? |

j********1 发帖数: 37 | 3 I called the USCIS yesterday and was told that my case was still pending. I
forgot to ask if my case was pre-adjudicated. But the IO was really nice and
he updated my mailing address. I am going to call them today again to see
if my case has been pre-adjudicated. Fingers crosssed! |

While still not sure how long it may take to be approved though. |

need to double check for the past two years. Which may take 30 days.
I think second tier can only tell you you are approved, otherwise, no too
much help.

j********1 发帖数: 37 | 7 I agree! I think there is no difference between pending cases and pre-
adjudicated cases. The officer I talked to today said she could not check if
my background checking was cleared and only the IOs at NSC can do that. I
don't think the officers at the call center can give you any info other than
if your case is approved or still pending.

文件时一摞一摞地,时间已打乱,但按slot分好,一旦排期到,该slot的全开始审,这
时就看运气了。

check was cleared. Does that mean mine is close?
