according to where you lived in 0707，then you moved to another state which
is covered by the other service center, so that when he filed 副申请 this
month, 副申请 was sent to the other service center by the lockbox. Or, if
you have never moved, it could be because your lawyer strategically
delivered 主申请 to TSC in 0707 (because it was said at that time that TSC
was much better than NSC) whereas the state you reside in is covered by NSC,
and this time 副申请 had to be delivered to a lockbox and then was
transferred to NSC of which your lawyer had no control.

希望主申请赶紧批，要不然还得再来第n次AP.....
