Probably it's because my PERM listed "Ph.D. + 3 years experience" as the
minimium requirement. Now it's being audited.
Very depressed. Any advice on the time the audit takes and the approval rate
would be much appreciated!! |

second PERM in my case, and ask me to wait instead.
I just spoke with the firm's lawyer. She wouldn't even release my case
number to me, and asked me not to try congressmen/senators. Really sucks!
