throughout
the United States.
As another example, the entrepreneur could demonstrate that at least one
aspect of the welfare of the United States will be “substantially” better
off were the entrepreneurial enterprise to be located in the United
States.
It should be noted that the term “welfare” as used by the statute is a
broad concept and could refer to any number of areas. |

If I am EB3I, I can open a training company to teach C+, and hire people
around USA(of course, all A3 EB3, no salary, all fake and waiting for 485),
so it is benefit to EB2-new NIW. ALL A3 under this company can upgrade to
EB2I.....................

My wife's 3 India Coworks, all their husbands are working under ICC and
filed for EB3I. They are waiting for jobs at home 90% of the time!!!

there should be rule that company has at least 50% or higher 美国人, right?
How do ICC solve this problem?

发帖数: 26 | 15 正式员工只要给工资就可以了，别的不一定有吧。而且人家按小时付，又怎么样？
现在找那些没什么技术含量的劳工不要太多。
移民局又没规定一定要给员工多高工资，多少福利的。一年挣个几千美元的不麻烦的
parttime还是有很多老美愿意挣的。

再则， 雇用的薪水应该是Around Local Average， 否则我雇一帮 Intern 也是没用。
