发帖数: 525 | 1 NIW 140在历经十个月的等待，等来了RFE。昨天看收到了信，觉得〇fficer还是对我们
的petition letter研究了一番，一共提了四个问题前两个可以明确感觉是我们需要补
推荐信，然后就是文章引用（申请时，由于引用比较少，文章比较新，所以没有提及）
这次要补充这方面的证据。
可是第三条和四条感觉很茫然。
第三条：The evidence to submit should clearly demonstrate the significance
of beneficiary's efforts in the field. It should be evident that the
beneficiary's findings have enjoyed widespread implementation and acceptance
by the scientific community. The evidence should include,but not limited to
copies of the beneficiary's:
A) patents and copyrights
B) grant proposal
C) peer reviewed articles
D) performance evaluation for the last five to ten years
E) work has been evaluated in independent journals and
F) awards…..
我的问题，
1.这些内容凡是我有的基本在提交申请的时候都提供了证据，难道我要重新组织再提交
一次？
2. The evidence should include,but not limited to copies of the beneficiary'
s 这句话的意思是要包括A-F所有项目的材料么？可是比如grant proposal就没有啊～
第四条：it appear that the majority of the beneficiary's research has been
conducted as part of team.(现在是postdoc一年半，有三篇第一作者的文章，其中一
篇CNS的子期刊，被cell highlight，其他四个是coauthor）In order to evaluate
the magnitude of the beneficiary's contribution to the team, please provide
additional documentary evidence, which should include, but not limited to:
a) a complete copy of the grant proposal and grant approval
b) if the research was not conducted by virtue of grant funding,
please submit a statement from an authorized official of the research
institution that would identify the means by which the research institution
by which the research was funded.
c) a statement from the individual who managed the research
project, such as the department chairperson or director of research; that
describes in plain english, the beneficiary's research projects. In addition
, please indicate the level of compensation that was given to each of the
principle researchers.
d) Copies of the beneficiary's performance evaluation that are
contemporaneous to the published research.
这个第四条，更有些一头雾水，这些证据，比如grant proposal是我们老板的，当时我
们也提交了老板的推荐信。这个需要怎么回复USCIS，希望大家多给点指导和建议。再

whichever applicable to your case，不需要涵盖所有。
感觉第三条比较泛泛，你可以递交你有的documents，另外在新补交的推荐信中涉及一
下，然后在petition letter里面把推荐信的字句引用穿插一下。
个人感觉第四条有点凶险，可能是你准备材料时，no offense,有点吹过头了，看起来
是要求你是某个项目的PI甚至是lending PI才行，如果移民官是故意纠这个把柄，那就
很凶险了。
建议找个律师帮忙准备。
