If old company will sponsor you and write a letter promising rehire you
after GC, then you can file I-485 now(PD current) with old company's
employment/offer letter.
If you are only using old company I-140 PD but will be based on the
employment of new company, you need to wait for the new I-140 to be approved
and then file I-485 asking to port earlier PD. | i****n

只要你新的PERM披了， you can file i-140 and 484 cocurrently as long as your
PD fromt the old application is current.
万一下个月倒退了，485又不能交了。
请懂行的人指教
