Payment Check;
Copy of I-140 Approval/Receipt Notice (Primary Applicant, unless w/ I-140
filing)
Copy of PERM at pendency of I-140 (Primary Applicant)
Copy of I-485 Receipt Notice of primary applicant (dependent);
Form I-485;
Form G-325A （14岁至79岁者）;
Form I-864 （FB，及占所有权多于5%的 EB）;
Form I-693 （可以先不交等到移民局 RFE 时再做体检）;
A complete copy of your passport with all the pages of any stamps/visas/
marks;
All copies of I-94 cards with front and back;
All copies of USCIS approval notices （在美国境内调整过身份或延期）;
All copies of I-20s and EAD with front and back（上过学，申请过 OPT）;
All copies of DS-2019/IAP-66 and I-612（J-1 only）;
Most Recent 3 months' paystubs;
Employment Letter;
Birth Certificate;
Marriage Certificate （主申请人之配偶）;
Two 2" x 2" photos (name & A# on back in pencil). |

Don't do that. It'll delay your case. Get exam now and include it in your
application.
Add:
- h1b approval notices
- recent 3 year w2
- a cover letter (kind of like this list)
- form 765 if apply ead
- form 131 if apply ap
- 4 more photos if apply ead and ap
A question: your 140 was approved in 05/2007. How did you miss the 485
submission in 07/2007? Just curious. |

not catch it.
