公司又裁员降薪了，现在差了将近40% 排期在02/08,
估计一年左右提交485 但是那时候年薪估计还是涨不回来
大家周围有没有听说过由于提交485时候薪水离prevailing wage太远而被拒的 |

a list found here also has 3 years w2 and 3 months pay checks.

还是跟老板好好商量商量，把工资提上去，哪怕是短期的也行啊 |

明白 只需一个EVL...... 但是很多人都交Paystub的
140过了 给了个RFE, 让公司证明财力 可以支付当前工资和prevailing wage差额

The best strategy is asking for a promotion to reach the prevailing wage.
In return, you promise to work longer hours, staying with the current
company for long.
Or you can "give" the employer some investment to make up for the 40%.
I was in the same boat. However, the diff is small. My employer gave me a
raise.

理的超时范围内 我可以达到差1万。。

for 485 application, i believe the employment letter is for your future
salary. you are not required to provide W2 and pay checks, many ppl send
them in though. For your reference only, what i heard from a lawyer is that
your application should be fine as long as the salary indicated in the
employment letter(future job) is above prevailing wage.
