want to talk to a 2nd tier officer, tell the agent that your case is out of

choose English; choose 1 to report a problem; choose 1 with Receipt # or 2
without Receipt #. I tried both, but both ends up being "call back between 8
am -8 pm, Monday -Friday." Nowhere to go:(

One thing I noticed was if I called first thing in the morning, I would have
better luck. |
