标 题: 求助 - Perm申请没收到questionnaire 怎么办？

绿卡办理就没顺过，搞了两年才刚把Perm递了，结果又出问题了，现在公司没有收到
sponsorship 的questionaire，应该怎么办，是就干等着DOL的人打电话来验证
sponsorship，还是应该叫attorney withdrawal and refile？我现在已经是最后一年
了，perm递交日和h1b到期日差10天不满365天，而且如果refile perm可能还要重新打
广告，因为已经超过180天了。真是被公司找的移民律师气死了。大家给出个主意吧。 |

发帖数: 1861 | 12 律师说根本没有电话可以联系，只能给helpdesk发email，但是他们对这样的email也根
本不理的。

questionaire，但是HR没收到，可能的原因是我们公司原先的联系人走了，所以在提交
前HR先更新了一下联系人的信息，有可能DOL的系统不够实时，结果questionaire没有
发到正确的人。

message won't be lost. I would suggest to set up a generic email alias
address like h*******[email protected] and point current person. when the person
leaves, repoint it to the new person.
