e***n 发帖数: 237	1 Right now I am working on H1. But I will lose my job in a few days. I am trying to transfer to H4 now. My question is: If i can find a job before my H4 got approved and the new enployer would like to sponsor H1, can I start working right after I get the H1 receipt? Or I have to wait till my H1 get approved? Thanks!
