响排期要是明年1，2 月份到了递485吗？ 递了485后， H1B 的renew是不是还得办？多谢 |

You'd better file the renew. It is very likely that you can get EAD card,
and you can choose to use the EAD card but don't bet on it.

But you'd better ask for renew process to start sooner. Who knows how long
those lazy HR and lawyer need to prepare the necessary documents. If your
renewal application is not received before your H1B expiration, you need to
go outside USA and apply visa at consulate to activate your H1B.
