One question: I am able to submit my 485 next month (December, 2011). Do I
have to submit 485 in early December and before the announcement of the
Bulletin Visa for next next month (that is, for Jan. 2012). Because what if
the Visa retrogresses for Jan. 2012, then I cannot submit my 485 even if the
time is still in December?

and company lawyer's inefficiency, may drag me to middle or late December.
