交材料就没有问题。
上面没有说的，都不是必须的。你有的话，可以交，但是反而容易引起不必要的麻烦。
没有，更别那么担心。

发帖数: 1987 | 6 公司并购情况多了，有的不需要I140-Amendment，有的需要，问律师。需要做I140-
Amendment的话，I-485就不能用老的I-140 file。 |

employer who was acquired in April by a larger company. Lawyer said the new
employer is the successor of interests and we don't need to do anything for
i140. They do a lot of acquisitions, so I assume lawyers should be very
knowledgeable. Let's see what happens to my application. |
