USCIS. No updates yet.

Anybody has any suggestion what else I can do ?

发帖数: 628 | 10 My PD is Dec 2006. Senetor office is not helpful for my case. I just spoke
to 2nd tier officer last Friday. They have located my file in TSC and then
suggest me to contact TSC center directly by email t**************[email protected].
Make sure to state the following information in your email:
· The service request management tool (SRMT) inquiry number that
you were given when you called the NCSC;
o If you have called the NCSC and they informed you they are unable
to complete a SRMT please provide a brief explanation.
· The date that you contacted the NCSC;
· Your name and receipt number and/or A-number; and
· If available, the name of the NCSC Customer Service
Representative you spoke with. |

I was told by my senator's office that my case is with the TSC office. And
I received an email from TSC today saying that:

This case is with officer for review. Please allow 60 days for an action on
this case.
Officer Vaughn
Immigration Services Officer
USCIS - Texas Service Center

的。
而且竟然是同一个officer回答的，完全是胡扯，这些信息都是闭着眼睛回答的，一点
用都没有。
我都已经快崩溃了。。。

Hold on.... I am sure ours will come, some day... :)
You are right that their emails are just standard responses, don't really
mean anything at all. I plan to bug them again and again until they finally
take action.

你这个情况，信应该写的把情况说得严重点
然后就是拖的时间实在长了可以考虑起诉USCIS
