This bill looks sloppy and the senate seems not interested. So I guess it
has at most 50% chance. I saw a LOT of bills like this eventually failed.
Should this bill be passed? Definitely yes, since it represents fair in a
long term.
Obviously it can be a nightmare for EB3C. Hard to tell either way without
reliable data. From the current DOS data, 5000 EB3C have to compete with:
53,100 India
15,400 Philippine
100,000 worldwide
It does not look like a good future for EB3C. |
