You don't need your HR to provide EVL. Your boss/division head can write an
EVL. Make sure use company letterhead. |

最坏的情况下退一步海阔天空，跟他们签个协议答应拿到绿卡后再工作多少个月云云。

给你办，如果不想要你完全可以取消140的SPONSER，现在拖着你无非是想尽办法把你留
下来，并不代表不帮你办。你可以以退为进，跟他们好好谈一谈他们的顾虑到底是什么
，只要这个月给你上485，什么条件都可以谈，打消他们的顾虑。另外，如果公司里有
什么重量级人物说得上话，现在是他派大用场的时候了。君子报仇，十年不晚，等拿了
绿卡，再跟他们慢慢算账。

flattery. It shows that I have done good job and am valuable to the company.
Now, I can frankly tell you. I like the job too. I enjoyed it. I will stay
after getting GC but I do hope to get a raise or promotion. When you speak,
look into his eyes.
Hope he will cave in.
You can also talk about leisure activities and then mention: I practice
Kungfu a few years, it feels great. we have a martial art center here and my
sifu is a master of Bagua. blahblah to instill some fear in his heart.
My boss one day asked me: do kids required to learn martial arts in China? I
said, yes. I learned one in college. I also learned Bagua and ChiKung from
a master when I lived in Beijing. I can tell his facial expression changed
a bit. Haha. In fact, I couldn't bench my own weight at that time.
You can also ask him about firearms and mention you would like to buy some
to protect your home. Ask what kind is best for home defense. Just saying
your neighbor's house got break-in lately. He'll know what you mean...

110 days, they are shutting down the office. They offered almost everybody

一个agreement---比方说，拿到绿卡后再在公司干几年，并且你付递交485的所有费用。
现在做的一切就以能递交485为首要条件，等交了485再想其他办法。 |
