Thousands of H1B are stuck in India for administrative procedure and are not
certain about their future. The USSIC has been given instructions to issue
I-797 B NA forms for new or extended H1Bs WITHOUT I-94 and now the DOS is
preparing instructions to US consulates abroad in Canada and Mexico
requiring to suspend H1B visa stamping to Indian nationals.
The CIS now does routine and random visits to work-spots where H1B
beneficiaries are permitted to work ,as well as does routine audit of PERM
and EB applications.

are not abused.
If it did earlier, then there would be less backlog than we have today. |

发帖数: 3693 | 6 USCIS打击印度H1B不是一天两天的事情了，常见措施有：
1. Onsite visits，杜绝bench现象；
2. 必须证明Employer-employee relationship，让中间转卖好几次的ICC头大如斗；
3. H1B申请/延期拾着contract年限给，因为很多用外包服务的公司都不愿意给一年以
上的contract，所以很多印度人的H1B只能一年一年的延期；
4. 一旦换location就要重新申请LCA，这样ICC每次把人送到不同的client site就要重
新申请H1B.
总之，ICC的日子是越来越难过了。 |
