根据pjiang的博客，似乎任何团体都可以，难道连 AAA, COSTCO 也要填？
另外，请问大家， 填的时候，"Name of Organization" 用的是缩写还是全称。 还有
，什么是“Nature"? 如果想详细解释清楚，地方就不够了。
大家是用电脑直接打印到PDF表格里，还是手写填表啊？ 是不是可以混着来，电脑打印
写不下的地方，用手写点小字体好fit in the blanks.
