I was planning to have a chinese new year with AP, but these idiots delayed
everything! I haven't seen my family for several years! these fucking HR and
idiots don't know our feelings at all!
we have been waiting for so many years, but these idiots never understand
our pain in these years!

My GC process is a process full of pain..........
the fucking CEO and attorneys almost delayed my GC in every step!
they never delay my H1B extension, but they always delay on my GC!
I started working in 2003, but now still no GC!!! I can't fucking believe it!
Today I told my direct boss: if CEO continues to play games, Dec. will be my
last month with these idiots!

don't worry about the lawyer... they'll file it I am sure, sooner or later..
. Even in worst case scenario they delayed it to next month they can still
file it... but I am sure they have no reasons to delay that long.. even it
is, it's still much better than just stopped internally within the company

to file, but who knows when? Luckily my direct boss and coworkers all
support me. My coworkers even proposed quit together in 1 day to give the
CEO some color to see. Another coworker also talked to my direct boss and
urged him to file my 485. My direct boss called my CEO and even used "F"
word to the CEO! I am glad I got so much support from my office. I hope they
can get a draft and let me get 485 EAD AP!
also I do agree that humans are selfish. Because these things are not
happening on themselves, the CEO/attorneys will never understand the pain we
went through! also they always want to use GC as a bargain chip to lower
the salary of H1B workers!

and he specifically told my boss never hire any foreigners in the future. My
direct boss said the president is the issue of everything. There are 3 top
excutives and 2 of them support and 1 is against, but unluckily the
president is dealing with all the paperwork.
