师应该会有这方面的经验。不要急，还是多跟律师联系，一切会好的。 |

比较好？

show the interview logs, and show reports that list reasons why each US
applicants got rejected. When you did PERM, your lawyer/boss/HR should have
all the details. Your lawyer will mail all the docs to DOL and they will
review it and then certify your labor if they think the whole process
followed their rules and no US workers were qualified -- willing, able, ...
for the job. It could take many months.

发帖数: 5 | 18 I submitted PERM in 5/2011, and got audited in 9/2011. My attorney said it
take 6-12 months to process it. Since my priority date is May, it does not
hurt because I have to wait anyway.
But some other attorney said I'm a good candidate for EB1, not EB2.Shall I
file an EB1 application? It sounds so tiring to start anew. How much does it
cost usually?
