Just know that my PERM is audited today. DOL asks recruitment process
documentations. Job resuirement is M.S. in computer science + 0 years
experience. Lawyer said there is one U.S. citizen applicant, but he was not
quallified. What I am worrying is that in job description, I wrote a lot of
skill sets (Computer languages, operating systems, etc.) and it is very long
, about 13 lines. If that aplicant matches 2/3 of the required skills, will
DOL think he is qualified for the job and reject the case? Because some
skills can be obtained while working on the job. When we filled out ETA 9089
form, we specified that the job does not provide training.
Can anybody give me an idea the chances of approval of my case?

You listed a set of skills without requiring any actual experiences for PERM
.

如果有多个，HR和HM会有面试的记录。挑选些有利于你的给HIGHLIGHT出来就好了。
