做了service request，被告知，背景审查还没完。。。郁闷
The processing of your case has been delayed. A check of our records
establishes that your case is not yet ready for decision, as the required
investigation into your background remains open.
Until the background investigation is completed, we cannot move forward on
your case. These background checks are required to be completed on all
applicants who apply for the immigration benefit you are seeking. We will
make every effort to make a decision on this case as soon as the background
checks are complete. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of
action from us within 6 months of this letter, please contact customer

搜出几万个，不知他们怎么查。
但做了SR,但愿不会有RFE, 09已经RFE过了。很想淡定， 但做不到呀。

我打电话问，也是没告诉背景审查过没过。是后来的email上说没过的。。。
我咋觉得是我做的了SR以后，他们才开始做背景调查的。。
2008年移民局有个备忘录，背景审查超过180天还没结束，绿卡先发，背景审查继续直
到有结果。
