工作前自费递了EB1a和NIW的申请。EB1a是140和485同时交的，NIW因排期没到所以只交
了140（我的PD是2008年12月）。 经漫长等待加RFE，不幸EB1a140被拒，而NIW140批了。
我的问题是: 请问原来交的EB1a485表还能用在NIW上吗？因为EB1a的140和485同时交的
，所以什么身份公正体检证明的也交了，指纹什么的也按过了。如果要再交个NIW的485
，这些体检指纹什么的也要重新作一遍吗? 谢谢.
因为律师度假还没回来，找不到人. 心中不免焦虑，所以借贵版咨询诸位，不甚感激！ |

发帖数: 10056 | 2 Your 485 co-filed with eb1a should be automatically denied as well. I would
submit a new package. Speaking of 体检指纹, you'll need to re-do them anyway
as yours were done three years ago. Other docs are just a few copies. But
it's just my opinion. Check with your lawyer and let us know as I know a
family is in similar situation and is considering to 'relink' the 485. |

is the status of your 485?
If when the decision for your 1A case was made when the PD for your NIW was
current, you can relink 485 to your NIW case.

我原来公司办的EB2的PD是 12/16/2008

发帖数: 2495 | 5 If your Eb1a was denied this month, you should be able to relink 485 to EB2
140, since your EB2 PD is current this month.
However, since the decision was made last month, there might be a problem.
But I think you can try.
