I will be preparing the EAD application on your behalf to file with the AOS
applications. XXXX’s policy has allowed us to prepare the EAD applications
for all of their employees, however, they do not cover the cost for spouses
or the AP application.
You can either wait to receive the AOS receipt notice after the application
is filed and apply for an EAD/AP for your spouse and an AP for yourself
online at USCIS’s website http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis under the “Forms Tab” for no additional cost.
The forms are straightforward and USCIS will list the required documents
and where to submit the applications.
