But my lawyer said the filing fee for spouse and kid's 485 is $1,050 each,
Do you think it is reasonable? My filing fee was already paid before. Is it
easy to file the 485 for my LD (might including EAD & AP) and kid by myself?
Can I have my lawyer file my 485 but file my LD and kid's 485 seperately? I
do want to file all of those as soon as possible, in case the VB will go
back again........ Thanks. |
