"The reason he lost his job is probably because he was not working
as hard and gratefully as a h1b visa holder who will have to go back to his/
her country immediately after being laying off. There are no such words like
"Unemployment insurance and benefits" for a h1b holder to sit on his ass
for three years. If I were an employer, I will prefer a h1b worker over this
guy sitting on his couch for three years. Just don't blame everything on
the h1b policy. Blame yourself not being a hard worker." |

发帖数: 4846 | 8 根本不用立法，只要加强audit ICC就能解决问题了。发现一个ICC造假，
所有ICC连带的PERM/140一概取消。
每年anti-fraud的经费就实打实4千多万。不知道用哪去了。如果打掉一
个wipro或是infosys，二类都不用说了，估计三类中印排期都能大进。
