in 9.3 months.

files. Then go through them for EAD/AP with RD order. This process would
end up put earlier RD case at the bottom and the last one on top. Then s/he
would later come back (when GC visa numbers are available) to process 485
cases for this pile. Now the top one (RD latest) get approved first and the
second one .... I cannot say all IOs do this way but the one who handled my
case certainly did. For EAD/AP, I saw cases in front of mine got approved
first, then mine, then the one behind me. Later, for 485 cases, the one
behind me got it first and then mine. Two working days past, about 10 cases
in front of mine are still in "Initial Review". |

Joking aside, you may want to contact your senator for help. USCIS receives
senator's inquiry and they would locate your case and start to review it to
get back the senator within 48 hours.

这个事情也不好办，
批了的人， 不会管， 没批的也没有法律接口去管。
属于OPERATIOn的issue.
只要不倒退， 倒是没啥大影响， 就是气的很。 对于主申请人， 必须要等180， 对于
副申请人倒是影响不大。
总之， USCIS 内部操作太不透明， 有很大提高的地方。 |

交得早，现在485就慢了。典型的局限性LIFO啊。
