上周五收到update，我们2个人都是CPO了，今早又收到update，status从CPO变成
decision了，说是mailed out了一个approval notice，we have registered your new
PR status。
然后打800客服，跟L1officer说我想知道绿卡邮寄的tracking number，然后就被转到
了L2. L2查了一下，说她没看到她的系统里显示我的case approved。
我是NSC的。之前看trackitt上都是TSC的出这个问题。
还有其他人遇到过这个问题吗？ |

Today or tomorrow it will change to:
Card/ Document Production
The USPS reported that they picked up mail from USCIS containing your new
card on February 1X, 2012. You should receive your new card within 7 days.
If you do not, or if you move before you get it, please call our customer
service at 1-800-375-5283.
This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a
card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization
certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance
parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to
produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and
mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within
30 days of the approval of your application.
If you do not receive your document, please contact our National Customer
Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

。问题在于L2offier告诉我case没有批，而online status上显示已经批了。

能不能问一下怎么跟L1officer问邮寄的tracking number.领导的EAD卡批了但是我们邮
局竟然给退回去了，说是地址不对。以前的notice都没有投递错误，我想肯定是邮递员
弄错了。希望下次寄出的时候能够track，不再退回去。
