现在HR不是很清楚会不会impact绿卡process.
PD11/2010, EB2，用senior的title办的。
我知道很多人都说responsibility没大变，不会影响485.可是公司和律师不一定会接受

lead software engineer and senior sfotware engineer are not exclusive.
My understanding and interpretation is : lead software engineer is the best
of the senior sfotware engineers.
Of course USCIS has the final say on this but I think if you can convince
your boss and lawyer of this interpretation, your case should be fine.
After all, you are not changing from senior sfotware engineer to lead
hardware engineer.
Just my 2 cents
