本没有。
其中有个 Client agrees to pay a fee of $XXXX, plus any costs.
其中:Client shall reimburse Attorney for all costs and expenses incurred by Attorney, including, but not limited
to, fees fixed by law or assessed by public agencies, messenger, investigation expenses, consultant's fees and
other similar items.
怎么还会有consultant‘s fee？等等。。。。
请问大家，难道一开始谈到的费用还不能全包括了申请过程的所有的费用吗？
其中有一条：
Statements. Attorney shall send Client periodic statements for costs
incurred. Client shall pay Attorney's statements within 30 days after each
statement's date.
怎么还会有periodic statement？？？？
还有，我可以提意见和律师把某些条款改动一下吗？

发帖数: 510 | 3 only if your case requires more work after you paid initial attorney fee and
application fee. so RFEs . and other fees like printing, fedex. my
attorney charged $80 for photocopying and fedex. I dont think they will
charge you every month. but it doesnt hurt to clarify. | d***i
