1. Ask your corrent employer to start PERM ASAP. And then file 140 and 485
is your PD is still current when youe PERM is approved.
2. Go back to work for your your previous employer and ask them to file 485
for you as long as they agree to do so.
Why do you need a lawyer?? |

发帖数: 838 | 5 In 2011/10, the EB2C PD was 2007/7.
He must found a better job or whatever reason.
If he starts PERM now (worked for new employer almost 6 months,
reasonable), he can get PERM approved in 4 to 6 months,say
2012/7. Opps, EB2C probably goes back to 2007/7 and he
cannot file 485. But it will move to 2008/1 soon.

apply I-485 using my PD (2008/2)? My current employer won't initiate the new
PERM for me until Oct 2012 (oops...)
As stated before, I had my PERM/I-140 approved from my previous employer (
