这个律师说好帮我申请雇主支持的EB2 和NIW. 但是雇主支持的申请因为这个律师的拖
延和其他一些原因就根本没有办. 我NIW本来由另外的律师办理了一半，中途转给这个
不良律师， 想在NIW140 批准了， 这个律师要我交同时提交两个申请的钱. 不想就这
样被坑， 与之争论， 被告知如不乖乖交钱， 就不给NIW140批准信. 不知大家怎样应

更让人气愤的是， 不良律师说如不按他的要求交钱，就向移民局申请cancel my case.
我觉得这个完全是勒索，而且他也没有资格这杨做. 想听听大家意见.多谢.

First write to him that he only did NIW and did nothing for PERM and ask why
you are charged for both. (check your contract to make sure you are correct
). State what contracts say about fee payments.
Wait for his reply. If he cannot provide legal explanation and just threaten
you, you can say I have all your emails and I can file complaints to your
bar association.
Also, PERM attorney fee should be paid by you company.
