Employment Authorization Application (EAD)
1. Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization
2. No additional fee required
3. Two photos meeting USCIS requirements (Attached to the form)
4. Copy of I-485 Receipt Notice
5. Copy of Form I-94, both sides.
6. Copy of passport biographical page and visa stamps.
7. Copy of I-797 Approval Notice(s) for H1b and OPT, and OPT card both sides.
8. Copy of old EAD if have,both sides and the approved notice.
Advance Parole Application
1. Form I-131, Application for Travel Document
2. No additional fee required
3. Two photos (Attached to the form)
4. Copy of I-485 Receipt Notice
5. Copy of Form I-94, both sides.
6. Copy of passport biographical page and visa stamps.
7. Copy of I-797 Approval Notice(s) for H1b and OPT, and OPT card both sides.

You don't have to do that if filed with your 485.
