got laid off. As you know, PD now goes back to 2007. If I find a new job, I
have no idea whether I can submitt 485 once new 140 is approved.

NEXT month. If you can make it in a couple of weeks (before May 1st). I
think you should be OK. The only issue is that you will get a RFE for EVL
fore sure since you will not have that in your current package. Be prepared
