三月中下旬投的131 and 765, 但是因为5月份要去欧洲出差并交流学习，需要加急
Process: i hit all the points including calling my congressmen, calling tsc
and infopass
总的感觉是要多打customer serfice 电话。每个人的说法都不一样，我最后碰到一个
nice 的姐姐帮我create一个case加急，然后一个星期好受到通知补充材料，after i
faxed my material, my case was approved rite away.
Lessons learned:
infopass和customer service 是两条线， 互相似乎并不communicate.
you need to be persistent and be nice to them.
