发帖数: 372 | 17 If your case is EB2, then it means 05/01/2010 is included for I-485
submission. I heard that the definition of "cutoff" date is that anyone
before the cutoff date can submit I-485. Maybe that definition is wrong,
given what we have seen here.
If that's the case, congratulations to both of you, sincerely. Good news for
those whose PD is 05/01/2010.
If your PD is later than 05/01/2010, it's beyond common sense of how this
immigration system works.
