I just called Senator Grassley's office and his office confirmed that
Senator Grassley still maintains his hold on HR 3012. His office confirmed
that subject article report stating "Sen Grassley only recently lifted a
hold on a bill by Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) that would eliminate the
employment-based per-country visa cap" is not correct.

This morning's Senate Calendar still shows Sen. Grassley's "Notice of Intent
