his amendment to subject some H1B employers to mandatory audits, many people
who would otherwise get greencards are now going to find that their I-140s
will be revoked. We are already seeing instances of people who have had
their H1B petitions returned to the USCIS for revocation also seeing their I
-140s returned. If the DOL gets involved in more audits, particularly where
there is no judicial review to hold them accountable, we are going to see
many, many approved I-140s get pulled back because they were filed by "
fraudulent" employers.
