发帖数: 75 | 1 I (H1B) and my husband (H4) are now under I485 pending( PD: 01/2008), both
of us got our AP/EAD card already. Next I might be on a business trip for
few months aboard and here are my questions:
While staying aboard on business trip:
1. what's the maximum days staying aboard ?
2. what actions needed when 485 status changes, do i need to be physically
in US to proceed the application?
If I travel aboard and enter US via AP next time:
1. what would be the impact for my husband's status, could he uses either H4
or AP entering US next time?
2. what is the impact for my status, does the H1b status still hold?
One complicated bit is that my husband traveled abroad and entered US by H4
after getting I485 receipt, but before AP document was issued.
1. is there any impact on the AP he got?
