以，会影响配偶的AOS状态吗？

job. If you file 485, you can get AP/EAD. It's not you get AP/EAD if you
have a job.
If you use AP/EAD, as dependent, your spouse becomes AOS immediately. Once
in AOS, only denial of 485 will lead to out of status for both primary and

I have a question for this one. I think the dependent spouse may still have
his/her independent visa, such as H1B, if the primary uses EAD. Right?
