two years to have it processed. So I am thinking to file through marriage.
In addition to the I130 , I also need to submit a I-485. Can I refer to
the I485 that my company filed (including biometric test, medical
exmamination etc)? It is really a waste of money and time to duplicate those
documents?

发帖数: 8496 | 3 you can re-link that I-485 to your new PD current I-130. It may take months
longer for the transfer, but I-485 will eventually be transferred to the
local office near you for an interview. |
