lottary green card quota. about 10K per year.
Do we really have 50K STEM graduates every year who need this type of green
card?
For students from countries other than china and india, EB1 and EB2 is
current or only have a short waiting line. Why they need this STEM green
card(which requires working for 5 years before they can finally get the card
