1) I am currently holding an H1b, I485 passes 180 days. Is my company
required by law to inform USCIS about my employment termination? If this is
the case, then the chance that I got RFE is very high, right?
2) If I indeed got RFE, will my online status be changed also (now is still
"Acceptance")? I just want to make sure that I will not miss any RFE.

required by H1-b regulations to provide you a free flight back home. Tell
your company not to report the case, and then they do not need to buy you
the flight home.
If they do like to report your case to USCIS, it is highly likely you will
be RFE.
2) If you get RFE, the attorney who handed the case and also the beneficiary
that is you, will be notified by USCIS letter asking your response within
about 2-3 months (not sure about the exact time period).
If you find a new job before the deadline of RFE response, you are fine...

就想紧盯着RFE来找工作：Before seeing a RFE, will hold my choices and not
rush to make a decision in case that the job offer is no good; but if there
is a RFE, then definitely I need to take the first job offer that I can get,

。。所以每个h1b员工走了后都会马上跟uscis汇报的。。悲催。。。。。
