发帖数: 17 | 1 大家有没有遇到这样的情况，我12月10寄出，今天收到765的receipt letter,但是同时
收到移民局返回的i131的材料和reject letter, 意思是我没有交131的钱，当时申请的
时候我知道这个是可以不用交的呀，大家看看下面的check listing有什么问题。
Check listing for application of renewal EAD/AP
1. Signed I-765 and I-131 Forms
2. Copy of I-485 Receipt
3. Copy of EAD/AP Combo Card (front and back)
4. Copy of last I-765 approval
5. Copy of last I-131 receipt Notice and USCIS approval status online
webpage print because we haven’t received the approval document, and but
the above documents and the EAD/AP Combo Card clearly indicates an approval
of AP.
6. Copy of passport information page with last entry stamp page and I-94
(front and back)
7. Copy of H1B Approval Notice
8. Original EAD/AP comb card mailer
9. Four passport style photos
10. No fee included since my I485 is pending, USCIS online instruction:
“Note: If you are filing Form I-131 Application Type B or D,you filed a
Form I-485 on/after July 30, 2007 with a fee, and the Form I-485 is still
pending, then no additional fee is due for Form I-131.”
