另外，我认为工会这次是对的。如果想从外国引进低技术工人，工资应该高于本国的平

望参议院能够75票以上通过.如果参议院能75票通过,那这个bill拿到house,肯定阻力很
小.
最近几个大政策的通过,全部是参议院大票数通过,然后拿回众议院投票.虽然共和党仍
然大部分反对,但在民主党支持下,最后bill还是通过了. |
