记得绿卡配偶申请绿卡需要保持一个合法的身份。跟别的F、H不同。

Acceptance Confirmation有一段话说
“This confirmation provides notification of the date USCIS received your
case. This notice does NOT grant any immigration status or benefit. You MAY
NOT present this notice as evidence that you have been granted any
immigration status or benefit. Further, this notice does NOT constitute
evidence that your case remains pending with USCIS. The current status of
your case must be verified with USCIS.”
这是什么意思啊，尤其是那句“this notice does NOT constitute evidence that
your case remains pending with USCIS”。 那什么可以证明我的case是pending 的
呢？

通知发出时的case状态，之后情况可能会变，因此需要与USCIS核实才能知道当前case
状态。
