"I want to see this bill succeed but I still want to see them do a little
more work on it," Hatch said Thursday.
He said the amendments he's bringing forward ensure those in the country
illegally are not awarded special privileges or benefits that regular
citizens aren't given.
Hatch said the skilled worker visa met the quota in one week this year,
showing the need for a higher number of visas.
"It's very important that we're able to keep these people that we've worked
to get Ph.D., master's degrees and computer programming degrees," he said. "
(We want to) keep them here so that we can benefit from their talents." |

高科技移民的条款。最近研究2000年的AC21，发现里面关于recapture的条款就是在他
最后一个“技术性修正”里面加进去的，获得一致通过。

高科技公司，需要高科技移民。最后，utah州绝大多数是白人。对非法移民问题不敏感
，可以让hatch能够尽情发挥。
hatch就是美国老政客的做派，通过暗示对方自己会投票支持，往里面加有利于自己的
私货。其实说白了，就是让对方来买票。

葩。
