半是被audit了，果然，今天一查状态，被audit了。具体细节还不清楚，请问如果被
audit的话，风险大吗？一般还需要再耗多长时间？谢谢 |

Perm took more than 6 months to clear.
140 took more than 1 year. As a matter of fact, homeland security department
sent a lady to my office to check on me and talk to my manager. One week
after the visit, my 140 got cleared.
Not sure why my case was audited. I am the first one in my company ever
being checked on site.
According to the lady from homeland security department, my case was
randomly selected.

发帖数: 15480 | 16 一般是random audit，据说30%抽查。可以问问律师看看有没有原因。
